Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaMind Solutions Ltd (“AlphaMind”, “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal data when you access or use alphamind.co, app.alphamind.co, any AlphaMind subdomains, related applications, token sale pages, smart whitelisting flows, quest pages, referral links, community campaigns, support channels and other services that link to this Privacy Policy (together, the “Services”).

AlphaMind operates a Web3 launchpad and related community, quest, referral and token-sale infrastructure. Some parts of the Services interact with public blockchain networks, wallets, smart contracts, third-party projects and third-party service providers. Because blockchain activity can be public, persistent and outside AlphaMind’s control, please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

This Privacy Policy is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. It does not replace the AlphaMind Terms of Service, sale-specific terms, project terms, token documentation or any other terms that may apply to a particular campaign, token sale, quest, referral programme or third-party service.

1. Who is responsible for your personal data

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the data controller is:

AlphaMind Solutions Ltd
British Virgin Islands
Email: support@alphamind.co

Where required by applicable law, AlphaMind may provide additional local representative, data protection or regulatory contact details. If you are unsure who controls a particular processing activity, contact us at support@alphamind.co.

In some situations, a third-party project, issuer, partner, wallet provider, blockchain service, payment provider, KYC/AML provider, analytics provider, social platform or other third party may act as a separate data controller. Their own privacy notices and terms may apply.

2. Important Web3 and blockchain notice

When you use a blockchain wallet, sign a message, participate in a token sale, use smart whitelisting, make an on-chain deposit or purchase, complete an on-chain quest, use a referral link or otherwise interact with a public blockchain, certain information may become publicly visible and technically difficult or impossible to delete, hide or modify.

This may include wallet addresses, transaction hashes, network identifiers, token purchase activity, smart contract interactions, timestamps, balances and other blockchain metadata. Public blockchain data is normally not controlled by AlphaMind. AlphaMind cannot erase, reverse, edit, anonymise or restrict access to data recorded on public blockchains, block explorers, third-party indexing tools or decentralised networks.

You are responsible for deciding whether to connect a wallet, sign a transaction, participate in a sale, use a smart contract, disclose information in public channels or interact with third-party Web3 services.

AlphaMind will never ask you for your seed phrase or private key. You must not share your seed phrase, private key or private wallet credentials with AlphaMind, any project or any third party.

3. Minimum age and restricted users

The Services are intended only for users who are at least 18 years old and legally able to use the Services in their jurisdiction.

You must not use the Services if you are under 18, if you are prohibited from using the Services under applicable law, or if your access would cause AlphaMind, a project, a partner or any service provider to breach applicable law, sanctions, regulatory restrictions or contractual obligations.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, we may delete the relevant information and restrict access to the Services, subject to any legal or security retention requirements.

4. Personal data we may collect

The exact personal data we collect depends on how you use the Services.

AlphaMind does not intentionally collect special-category personal data such as racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data used for identification, health data, or sex life/sexual orientation data, unless you choose to provide it or we are legally required to process it. Please do not send us unnecessary sensitive information.

4.2 Wallet, blockchain and transaction data

Some of this information is obtained directly from your wallet interaction. Some may be obtained from blockchains, block explorers, node providers, indexers, analytics tools, smart contracts or other Web3 infrastructure providers.

4.3 Technical, device and usage data

When you visit or use the Services, we and our service providers may collect:

  • social media platforms, community platforms and publicly available sources;
  • professional advisers, auditors, legal representatives, regulators, courts and law-enforcement authorities where applicable.

5. How we use personal data

We may use personal data for the following purposes:

5.1 To provide and operate the Services

This includes using data to:

  • operate alphamind.co, app.alphamind.co and related subdomains;

5.2 To protect AlphaMind, users, projects and the ecosystem

We may use data to:

  • detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse, bots, spam, Sybil behaviour, suspicious wallet activity, prohibited use, sanctions exposure, market manipulation, technical attacks, unauthorised access or breaches of our terms;
  • verify eligibility for particular campaigns, jurisdictions, whitelists, allocations, rewards or referral payments;
  • protect AlphaMind, users, projects, partners, service providers and the wider community;
  • enforce our Terms of Service, sale-specific terms, campaign rules and other applicable agreements.

5.3 To comply with law and regulatory expectations

We may use and retain personal data where necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions, AML/KYC/KYB requirements, tax, accounting, reporting, court orders, regulatory requests, law-enforcement requests, legal claims, internal governance and risk-management obligations.

5.4 To communicate with you

5.5 To improve and analyse the Services

We may use data to:

  • improve website, platform, smart whitelisting, referral, quest, analytics, support and security systems;
  • develop new services, features, reports, dashboards and internal business intelligence;
  • create aggregated, de-identified or anonymised statistics that do not identify you personally.

5.6 For business administration

We may use data for internal administration, recordkeeping, financial management, professional advice, audits, corporate transactions, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, dispute resolution and protection of legal rights.

6. Legal bases for processing

Depending on your location and the applicable law, we may rely on one or more legal bases to process personal data, including:

  • performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract, including providing the Services, operating campaigns, processing support requests and administering sale-specific or campaign-specific terms;
  • legitimate interests, including operating, improving and securing the Services, preventing fraud and abuse, measuring campaign performance, communicating with users, protecting legal rights and running a Web3 launchpad business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights under applicable law;
  • consent, including where required for optional marketing communications, non-essential cookies, certain analytics tools or specific compliance flows;
  • legal obligation, including compliance with sanctions, AML/KYC/KYB, tax, accounting, reporting, regulatory, court, law-enforcement or other legal requirements;
  • vital interests or public-interest grounds, only where applicable and legally permitted.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may not affect processing based on other lawful grounds, legal obligations, security needs, contractual necessity or blockchain immutability.

7. Cookies, analytics and similar technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, local storage, device identifiers, analytics events and similar technologies to operate, secure, analyse and improve the Services.

These technologies may be used for:

  • strictly necessary functionality, such as security, session management, wallet connection, fraud prevention, load balancing and service reliability;
  • preferences and user experience;
  • analytics and performance measurement;
  • referral attribution, campaign measurement and marketing attribution;
  • security monitoring, abuse prevention and debugging.

Where required by law, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or similar technologies. You may also control cookies through your browser settings or device settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website or app functionality.

Third-party analytics, wallet, infrastructure, marketing or security providers may also set or read cookies or similar technologies when you use the Services. Their own privacy notices may apply.

8. When we share personal data

We do not sell your personal data in the ordinary meaning of selling personal information for money. We may share personal data where reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

We may share data with:

8.1 Service providers

This may include hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, database providers, wallet-connection tools, blockchain infrastructure providers, node providers, block explorers, indexers, analytics tools, email providers, CRM tools, support tools, security vendors, KYC/KYB/AML providers, sanctions-screening tools, fraud-prevention tools, payment or reward providers and professional service providers.

8.2 Projects, issuers and campaign partners

If you participate in a token sale, smart whitelisting flow, quest, referral programme, ambassador campaign, community campaign, project onboarding process or project-specific activity, we may share relevant information with the relevant project, issuer, campaign partner or ecosystem partner where necessary to administer the activity, verify eligibility, process rewards, manage allocations, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud or resolve disputes.

Those projects and partners may be independent controllers of your data. AlphaMind is not responsible for their independent privacy practices, token documentation, communications, compliance decisions or use of personal data outside AlphaMind’s control.

8.3 Affiliates and group companies

We may share information with affiliated companies, sister products or operationally connected entities where necessary for business administration, cross-product support, security, analytics, project onboarding, fundraising support, community operations or service delivery.

8.4 Legal, regulatory and safety recipients

We may disclose data to courts, regulators, government bodies, law-enforcement authorities, tax authorities, sanctions authorities, professional advisers, auditors, insurers, dispute-resolution bodies or counterparties where we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, protect rights, prevent harm, enforce terms or respond to lawful requests.

8.5 Corporate transactions

If AlphaMind is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, insolvency, due diligence process or similar transaction, personal data may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards where required.

8.6 Public blockchain networks

When you interact with public blockchains, your wallet address, transaction data and smart contract interactions may be publicly visible. This disclosure is inherent to the use of public blockchain networks and may occur independently of AlphaMind.

9. Third-party services and links

The Services may contain links, integrations or references to third-party websites, wallets, projects, token issuers, smart contracts, bridges, swap tools, social platforms, community platforms, analytics providers, payment providers or other services.

AlphaMind does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, legality, accuracy, content, terms, token performance, project performance, security incidents, wallet behaviour, blockchain behaviour, smart contract behaviour or data practices of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and may be subject to separate privacy policies and terms. You should review those policies before using third-party services or sharing personal data with them.

10. International transfers

AlphaMind is based in the British Virgin Islands and operates globally. Your personal data may be processed, stored or transferred in countries other than your country of residence, including the British Virgin Islands, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other jurisdictions where AlphaMind, its affiliates, service providers, partners or infrastructure providers operate.

Data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from the laws in your country. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, data processing agreements, standard contractual clauses, risk assessments or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that blockchain interactions may also involve decentralised networks and infrastructure that are not limited to one country and may not be controlled by AlphaMind.

11. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Retention periods depend on the type of data, the purpose of processing, legal requirements, security needs and the nature of the Services. In general:

  • contact, account, support and communication records may be kept while you use the Services and for a reasonable period afterwards;
  • campaign, token sale, smart whitelisting, referral, reward, quest and transaction-related records may be retained for as long as necessary for administration, legal claims, audit, accounting, tax, compliance, fraud prevention and dispute resolution;
  • KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions-screening and eligibility records may be retained for periods required or permitted by applicable law or service-provider obligations;
  • marketing data may be retained until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or we no longer need it;
  • security logs and technical logs may be retained for a limited period unless needed for investigation, compliance or legal claims;
  • aggregated, anonymised or de-identified data may be retained indefinitely;
  • public blockchain data may be permanent and outside AlphaMind’s control.

If you request deletion, we will assess the request under applicable law. We may be unable to delete data that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, compliance, security, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution or legitimate business reasons, or data recorded on public blockchains and third-party systems outside our control.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical, organisational and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

However, no website, app, wallet, blockchain, smart contract, internet transmission, storage system or security measure is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaMind is not responsible for unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure or alteration of personal data caused by events outside our reasonable control, including wallet compromise, user error, phishing, malware, compromised devices, loss of private keys, third-party breaches, blockchain vulnerabilities, smart contract vulnerabilities, infrastructure failures, network attacks, force majeure events or unauthorised actions by third parties.

You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, email account, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, two-factor authentication and communication channels. AlphaMind will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

If you believe your interaction with AlphaMind has been compromised, contact us at support@alphamind.co as soon as possible.

13. Your rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

  • request access to personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request deletion of personal data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to certain processing, including direct marketing;
  • request data portability;
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • opt out of certain marketing communications;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority or regulator.

These rights may be limited by applicable law, legal obligations, security needs, blockchain immutability, third-party systems, public records, anti-fraud requirements, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations or the rights of others.

To exercise your rights, contact us at support@alphamind.co. We may need to verify your identity and wallet relationship before responding. We may decline or limit requests where permitted by law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded, excessive, fraudulent, technically impossible, legally restricted or conflicts with security, compliance or legal obligations.

14. Marketing communications

Where permitted by law, we may send you updates about AlphaMind, token sale campaigns, project launches, quests, referrals, community activities, platform updates or related services.

You can opt out of marketing communications by using the unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting support@alphamind.co. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send non-marketing messages, such as service, security, transaction, legal, compliance, support or account-related communications.

15. Automated processing, eligibility checks and profiling

We may use automated or semi-automated tools to support security, fraud prevention, referral attribution, quest verification, analytics, eligibility checks, sanctions screening, abuse prevention, wallet risk review, allocation mechanics, campaign measurement and service functionality.

These tools may consider data such as wallet address, blockchain activity, IP address, device data, referral source, quest activity, campaign behaviour, transaction history and third-party risk indicators.

We do not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significant effects, unless permitted by applicable law, necessary for a contract, based on your explicit consent or required for compliance, security or anti-fraud reasons. Where required by law, you may request human review of certain automated decisions by contacting support@alphamind.co.

16. Do-not-track and browser controls

Some browsers or devices may transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, the Services may not respond to them. You can control certain cookies, tracking technologies and permissions through your browser, device settings or consent tools where available.

17. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on alphamind.co or another relevant AlphaMind page with a new “Last updated” date.

Where required by law or where changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy, subject to your rights under applicable law.

18. Contact us

If you have questions, requests or concerns about this Privacy Policy or AlphaMind’s handling of personal data, contact us at:

support@alphamind.co

Please include enough information for us to understand and respond to your request. For wallet-related requests, we may ask you to verify control of the relevant wallet address in a secure way. Never send your seed phrase or private key.
